Shipping and Handling*

Please reference the freight zones below for Ground Service for Internet orders only for American Red Cross Chapters.

For orders $0-$749.99 going via Fed-Ex Ground service will be a zone rate based on which state we will be shipping to:

Zone 1:  KY, IN, TN, IL - $9.00

Zone 2: NY, PA, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK, KS, MO, IA, MN, WI, MI, DE, MD, DC - $10.00

Zone 3: ND, SD, NE, CO, TX, NJ, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME - $11.00

Zone 4: MT, WY, UT, AZ, NM, NV, CA, ID, OR, WA - $12.00

For orders $750.00 and over to the above zones the freight is free for Fed-Ex Ground service.

Zone 5: AK & HI: 2nd Day Service Only $45.00 for orders $0-$500

Orders are picked until 5pm Eastern Monday-Friday (excluding National holidays). Deliveries are made Monday- Friday. Weekends do not count as delivery days or transit days.  

If you have an expedited order and it is close to or after 5pm (eastern), please call customer service for assistance.

We make every attempt to ship out the same business day, however all orders that are 'On Account' are reviewed by our finance team prior to shipping.
