Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order unless we have received your sales tax exemption documentation.

Sales tax is collected in:  AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, SD,TN, TX, VA,WA,WI *

For sales tax to be waived, a copy of your state's applicable exempt organization certificate, resale certificate, or direct pay permit must be included with your order.
