Large scale initiative boosts acute medical research in Stavanger, Norway
University of Stavanger, Norwegian Air Ambulance, Laerdal Foundation, Stavanger University Hospital and the University Foundation are joining forces to establish a large scale five-year research program, named ''Acute Medicine Stavanger'' (SAR). The 2.5 million EUR budget is to fund a number of research positions designated to acute medicine within the university and SAFER institutions.
