- Case Colour: Pearlized White
- Logo Colours: 2 Colour Print (Black or White and one Colour)
- Minimum Qty: 450 Masks
- Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks after customer approves artwork
- Logo & Setup Information:
- For a minimum order quantity there is no set up costs applicable.
- If your logo contains more than 2 colours then a quote will need to be obtained for you by calling Customer Service and e-mailing your logo.
- All private label versions have "Customer Logo", "Product Name", and "A Laerdal Product"
- Quantity requirements cannot be combined across product lines
- Private label items cannot be ordered online
- Artwork must be in electronic format (in Adobe Illustrator or EPS Format) sent by email. Two weeks after receipt of electronic artwork, sample will be available for customer approval
