  • What Products are included in the BLS French Instructor Kits
  •  

    This new Instructor package (RE3206F) provides educational materials to teach the BLS for Healthcare Providers course (BLS-C). This kit contains 1 BLS HCP Instructor Manual/CD-Rom, 1 Stopwatch, 1 BLS Student Manual/CD-Rom, 1 Set of BLS Posters and 1 BLS DVD.

     

    Please note that the initial kit that was distributed in January contained:

    ·        1 BLS DVD (to be revised)

    ·        1 BLS Student Manual with the CD-Rom

    ·        1 set of BLS Posters

    ·        1 Stopwatch

     

    You will receive the following items as soon as they become available:

    ·        1 BLS HCP Instructor Manual/CD-Rom

    ·        The missing CD-Rom for the Student Manual

    ·        The revised BLS DVD

  • Where can I find out which resources should be used for teaching?

  • I am experiencing technical issues with my BLS CD or BLS DVD.

  • I cannot play the CD more than “two, three, four times”
  •  

    • Delete “Temp Files” Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options> General> Delete Files. Click on OK
    • Close other programs running in the background
    • Restart the computer

     

  • I can’t hear any sound. What do I do?
  •  

    • Make sure the speakers are turned on and the volume is turned up
    • Check the Volume and Mute settings on your computer. Make sure Mute is not checked, and adjust volume as needed.
    • Make sure the volume on the video clip is turned up. The volume control button is located at the bottom of the screen on the left.
