Updated with the new 2005 AHA/HSF guidelines science, this innovative self-directed learning program is designed to teach the core skills of CPR in just 22 minutes. The program can be completed individually or in large groups and was designed as a tool to reach those who do not traditionally take CPR courses.
Each kit includes a personal, inflatable CPR Manikin ("Mini Anne"), a CPR Skills Practice DVD, a Family & Friends CPR student book and other program accessories. The Family & Friends CPR Anytime program is based on the traditional Family & Friends CPR awareness program and has been research-proven to be equivalent to taking a traditional course for learning the core skills of CPR.
For family members, friends, and members of the general public who do not traditionally attend CPR courses, but who are most likely to witness sudden cardiac arrests in the home or outside of a hospital setting.
