Product Returns

Please contact our Customer Service Department in Toronto at (888) 523-7325 ou en francais au (800) 567-9987 to obtain a Return Material Authorization  number. Returns received without an RMA # will not be accepted at our receiving dock. 

  • Merchandise must be received in new and currently salable condition
  • Non-stock items may not be returned for credit
  • For orders cancelled after shipment is made or for incorrectly ordered merchandise due to customer error, the customer is responsible for freight charges to return shipment
  • All shipping or invoice discrepencies must be reported within 10 days of invoice date to qualify for an RMA and applicable credit
  • All returns are subect to the following restocking policies
    • 1-30 days from invoice date - 15% restock fee
    • 31-90 days from invoice date - 25% restock fee
    • No returns after 90 days

Our Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. 

Any refund amount under ten dollars ($10.00) will not be returned, but will remain on account as a credit to be used towards future purchases.

Any outdated Heart & Stroke or AHA Materials cannot be returned for credit, nor excess quantities be returned due to upcoming guideline changes and non-use. All Heart and Stroke Materials and AHA Materials are subject  to the above stated restocking fees without exception.

Limited Warranty.  The quality and value of all Laerdal products is supported by a limited warranty that provides assurance that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  A copy of the limited warranty for any product is available for your review prior to its purchase, and may be obtained free of charge by placing a request with Customer Service.

Report all shipping or invoice discrepancies to the Customer Solution Team within 10 days of invoice date.  Prices and specifications are subject to change without further notice.
