Shipping and Handling Policy

Expedited service is available and is as follows for orders under $500:

• Next Day Air Priority $61.00 (delivery by 10:30am in most locations)
• 2nd Day Air $31.00  (delivery by end of business day)
• 3 Day $25.00 (delivery by end of business day)

Expedited orders will ship same business day as long as they are received by 5pm EST (Mon-Fri excluding National Holidays). Also please note that deliveries are Mon-Fri only. Weekends (Sat & Sun) do not count as delivery or shipping days.

Orders that have AHA Course Completion Cards or the AHA Core Instructor Materials require their codes to be checked prior to shipping. If you are placing an order containing these items and it is after 5pm EST, it will not ship until the next business day.

Orders ship partial, which means if an item on your order is out of stock, the rest of your order will ship. No additonal shipping charges apply for multiple shipments of the same order due to stock issues or multiple warehouses.

AK & HI: 2nd Day Service Only $31.00 for orders $0-$500. Please note that delivery to AK & HI require an additional business day for delivery per Fed Ex.

Orders placed by means other than the website (such as phone, fax, email) are subject to weight-based freight.
