NRCPR Essentials is a streamlined performance improvement tool, composed of 11 data elements, that are used to generate performance graphs of key in-hospital resuscitation outcome measures and suggests opportunities to promote and improve resuscitation safety within a facility. The graphs are either event-based or patient based and illustrate information about a facility's cardiac arrest events with the ability to compare results with both NRCPR goals and hospital comparison group medians.
The 4 graphs are:
- Percent of events with time to defibrillation within 3 minutes (<3 minutes)
- Variance in discharge survival rates of patients who arrested during weekdays and evenings versus patients who arrested during weekday nights and on weekends
- Percent of arrests monitored or witnessed
- Percent of patients with pulseless cardiac arrest who survived to hospital discharge
Avialable in 1-Year Subscription or 3-Year Subscription.
