• General explanation on how to use the product components
• Show client video of an ‘ideal’ execution of the course

• Review core concepts of course
• In-depth walk through of product components including instruction on how to use the guides, scenario tri-folds and debriefing and assessment tools
• Detailed coaching on scenario room set up including room set up tips
• Coach client on how to run overall winning simulation sessions
• Cover best practices for successful debriefing by utilizing key data collected during the scenarios
