Goods Returns Policy
We will accept back and credit the full purchase price of merchandise returned in new and saleable condition, within 30 days of invoice date Please be careful when ordering Laerdal Suction Units (LSU) or consumables for the LSU as these items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. A credit will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of the merchandise. It is essential that you call for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number prior to returning any items to ensure accurate credit to your account. RMA #'s are valid for 30 days.
