Service Returns
Enjoy a swift, reliable and efficient service by following these guidelines when you return a product for repair, maintenance, upgrade or evalutaion.
Return for service process
- Contact Customer Service for a Return Reference Number.
- Fill in Return for Service Form.
- Enclose copy with the goods to be returned.
- Make sure that the goods are properly packed.
- Laerdal offers a Pick-Up-Service. Please call....01689 876634 for pick up arrangement.
- Service Return to be sent to Technical Operation Center for your area. Technical Operations Centers Europe
- Servicing of products is normally completed after 5 working days. If the service takes longer you will be notified.
- When servicing is completed, return shipment is arranged with regular freight at favourable charges. If any special return instructions are needed, this must be noted in the 'Return for Service Form'.
Important!
- If you have selected a Laerdal Pick-Up-Service please:
- Ask for a receipt
- Ensure the return reference number is visible on all packages.
- If you return a manikin/simulator please remember to include all peripherals and signal boxes.
- Please note that the shipping insurance does not cover poorly packaged goods. The liability for poorly packed goods lies with the sender.
- If your product is no longer under warranty and the quote provided is not acceptable, we will offer to dispose of it free of charge or return it to you at your expense.
- Please note that Laerdal cannot accept contaminated products at any of our facilities. If we suspect that any contaminated products have been sent we reserve the right to dispose of these items through the appropriate channels. An example of this would be Laerdal Suction Units being returned with the canister.
