The patch is only relevant where AVS is installed on a Win 7 computer, this concerns only the SimView computer installations. The patch has no effect on Windows XP. Effects the following simulators: SimMan, SimBaby, SimJunior, SimNewB, ALS SimAdv and SimMom is not able to get the video files from AVS server.
