Nursing Kid is a manikin in tan skin tone realistically representing a six-year old child. He is designed for skill and scenario-based training of the care and management of a wide variety of pediatric in-hospital patients. Training includes IV cannulation, urinary catheterization and general pediatric patient care. This pediatric manikin is ideal for clinical training in-hospital healthcare professionals.

  • Ability to practice medication dose calculations and administration through intramuscular injections at the deltoid, dorsal gluteal, ventral gluteal and bilateral thigh sites
  • Realistic male and female urinary catheterization and enema procedures may be performed with fluid return
  • Optional wound modules may be added to create realistic wound assessment and care
