  • Item Numbers: 829911 & 839911 (with Oxygen Inlet)
  • Case Colour: Pearlized White
  • Logo Colours:  2 Colour Print (Black or White and one Colour)
  • Minimum Qty: 450 Masks
  • Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks after customer approves artwork
  • Logo & Setup Information: 
    • For a minimum order quantity there is no set up costs applicable.
    • If your logo contains more than 2 colours then a quote will need to be obtained for you by calling Customer Service and e-mailing your logo. 
    • All private label versions have "Customer Logo", "Product Name", and "A Laerdal Product"
    • Quantity requirements cannot be combined across product lines
    • Private label items cannot be ordered online
    • Artwork must be in electronic format (in Adobe Illustrator or EPS Format) sent by email. Two weeks after receipt of electronic artwork, sample will be available for customer approval
