Overview

This simulator replicates the torso of a 5-year-old male child, spanning from the head to the upper 1/3 of the thighs, including the thorax, abdomen, and back. It features key internal organs (heart, lungs, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, stomach, colon, bladder, etc.) and simulates multiple post-traumatic hemorrhages/effusions in thoracic and abdominal organs, as well as various common lesions within the organs. With tissue-mimicking acoustic properties, it supports hands-on training for Extended Focused Assessment with Sonography in Trauma (EFAST), transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), ultrasound-guided pericardiocentesis, ultrasound-guided pneumothorax aspiration, and ultrasound-guided thoracic effusion aspiration using any real ultrasound device. Available in skin-tone and transparent versions.
