Take your SimPad® debriefing to the next level!

The latest software will allow you to integrate video debriefing into your SimPad simulations.

SimPad video debriefing options include:

  • SimView™ - Already utilize a SimView server in your lab?  Update your software to enable video capture of your SimPad scenarios.
  • SimView Mobile - Using SimPad in an in-situ setting?  SimView Mobile is the perfect option for video debriefing on-the-go.
  • Session Viewer - With the latest software, Session Viewer now enables audio and video capture from 1 HD USB web camera synchronized with the SimPad data log.

Video recording will activate once you start a scenario from your SimPad. Debrief using video alongside the time-stamped event log from your SimPad and patient monitor.

    

How to update your software

Note: If you are using a simulated patient monitor with your SimPad, this will also require an update to ensure all components work seamlessly. You should ensure your patient monitor meets the minimum hardware requirements before updating any software.

SimView Server installation instructions:

  1. Download update to SimView Server
  2. Open the file and click on “Run as Administrator”
  3. You will be prompted to agree to the license terms and conditions.
  4. Once you agree, follow the prompts, as the installer takes you through the needed steps.
  5. When the installer is complete you can start using your SimView Server.

Installation instructions:

  1. Ensure your patient monitor meets the minimum hardware requirements.
  2. Please install the update on to your patient monitor following the prompts.
