The Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) enabler will allow up to 6 of the new Resusci Anne QCPR manikins using Bluetooth Low Energy hardware to work wirelessly with SkillReporter (PC). It is a requirement for your PC to use a Windows 10 operating system.

This build of the Software includes wireless, multi-manikin connectivity between computer and the new models of Resusci Anne QCPR using Bluetooth Low Energy connection. The functionality towards manikins using Classic Bluetooth remains the same.

Any wireless connections to new Bluetooth Low Energy manikins requires Windows 10 operation system and firmware upgrades of the manikins. The firmware upgrades can currently be accessed through SimPad PLUS SkillReporter or the QCPR Instrucor app, IoS version.
Summary of connection possibilities between manikins and SkillReporter (PC):
This USB driver installer is a software patch needed to enable a cabled USB connection to Resusci Anne QCPR manikins using Bluetooth Low Energy when your PC is using a Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 operating system.
Installing the software patch does not affect connectivity with Resusci Anne QCPR manikins discontinued in 2018. The possiblity of connecting 6 wireless or 6 cabled manikins remains for these discontinued models. Using a mix of discontinued and manikins using Bluetooth Low Energy is also possible.
