Course completion cards correspond with AHA training materials.

• Course Completion Cards come in two formats: The 2-card/self-mailer format or the 3-card sheet format.
• Card sheets are compatible with both laser or ink jet printer and typewriter
• Both formats come in a set of single sheets that make up a package of 24 cards
• Course completion card templates are available for those who have Training Center Coordinator access at the following website: http://my.americanheart.org/eccportal/ecc/ecc/
• A valid CTC security code is required during the checkout process. Orders without the code will not ship.
